What a cozy peaceful apartment, very clean modern build with a few simple country decor items. Very peaceful and private for a little weekend getaway, a quiet peaceful remote work trip, or a stop on a road trip. Easu climate control, good Wi-Fi, plenty of blankets and kitchen items.

Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

Our stay was everything and more than what we expected, the place was cozy and homey with more than enough room and we enjoyed the food places we went to! Definitely recommend checking out the Mexican restaurant near by called Carajillo's Mexican Kitchen it was amazing we loved it !

Perfect place to stay! The unit is in a quiet friendly community. The apartment unit, workout room, and pool areas were amazing and clean. Restaurants and shopping were close. Any questions we had were addressed promptly.

Our family of three stayed for 2 nights. The place was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for us to have privacy. The beds were super comfortable and the washer and dryer was a plus. If I visit Raleigh again, this is my first choice of accommodations.

The Cottage was a quaint and peaceful getaway! Private area to relax and enjoy your time. The place was very clean and had fluffy towels and a comfy bed. If you forget anything, not to worry, the cottage was stocked up with things that are commonly forgot, very thoughtful! Our host was friendly and responsive. My husband and I would love to come back and spend time at this beautiful little getaway!

Leigh’s place was awesome! Super clean and had plenty of amenities. Leigh is very nice and a great host! The neighborhood and surrounding area is safe and welcoming. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a great place to stay In Goldsboro to stay at Leigh’s place.

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

I was in town for a quick work trip with some fun splashed in. This was a great location and close to a lot of fun different areas. We went to North Hills for dinner and a book signing, then the next day to Village District. It was a cute townhouse and very relaxing. It was just two of us, so it was plenty big. The downstairs stayed cool and the upstairs did get warm, but they had fans and it was fine. Joshua was a thorough communicator with clear instructions. It was a safe, quiet, and cozy neighborhood good for heading home after a long day of shopping. Perfect for reading, hanging for girls night, or binging a few shows. Beds were comfy. House was clean. It was a great stay! Thanks!

Alex was a great host! The space was amazing very clean and the pool was perfect! Loved the tv on the back patio! Even provided fire wood, there were pool toys and floaties. Everything you could need was there!

The house was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we needed. There was not one point where we thought to ourselves "oh I wish the house had __." It had everything! Thanks for being an amazing host.

Overall a nice little spot, location was good proximity wise to the city and other stuff. The neighbors are quite close on both sides so not the most private but didn’t bother us. Would stay again !!

My daughter and I stayed here for nearly a week when a ballet intensive brought us to the area. Could not ask for a better location! And the place more than met my expectations. Lois communicated well from the time I booked until the time we checked out. It was peaceful and I appreciated the proximity to everything (trails, stores, restaurants). Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable. Close to walking trail, restaurant and bars. Look forward to staying again.
