It’s an older house converted, but inside very clean and cozy with all the amenities. Would stay again!

My stay was awesome , specifically the location is beautiful, in addition very conveniently located near my family , the cleanliness was up to standard and regarding communication of the hosts , their responses were exceptionally expedient. Helpful suggestions: I would say there are several minor updates that would be beneficial and regarding the security I would like to have had a slide lock installed for additional security when in the apartment . Otherwise, I certainly look forward to future stays whenever I visit family in Fayetteville ☺️

Kim’s place was perfect for my time in Durham. I was here for a four day training close to Duke. The rental was within a mile of my training, the walking path at Duke, good restaurants and coffee. Kim’s place was so cute and thoughtfully decorated with local art. It was comfortable for my nights in and the kitchen was well equipped for me to make a few meals. I was also able to take advantage of the grounds outside. I sat outside two nights to read and it felt so peaceful. Kim communicated well before, even giving me a recommendation for a local yoga studio. Although I was traveling alone, two people would be comfortable in her space

If you like old homes with a lot of class and character, this rental is for you! The area is very quiet. The apartment is very private and comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean, warm, and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. We were up to watch our son play baseball in the DII World Series and this place was a good location and the price was fantastic. We were buy groceries and eat there versus going out to eat every day. The amenities were great with use of the in apartment washer/dryer. I would definitely recommend this place. Josh was very attentive and very fast to respond to any of my questions.

I’ve thought about how to review this place. Almost didn’t want to because i don’t want to give away such an awesome place. lol if I could buy it I would! This was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Although our stay was only one night, we are already planning to come back. It gives you a “rainforest” feel. The outdoor screened in deck was amazing. It came a monstrous thunderstorm and we were able to watch the storm and sunset from the deck without getting rained on or bugs bothering us at all. It was an amazing much needed experience. This was the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. Everything was well stocked, the projection for tv was a neat touch. Exactly like the description, Calming, charming, and one of a kind! The host was super responsive and even let us check in a few minutes early because we got there before our arrival time. We can’t wait to come back and will be booking this as long as it’s open for all of our overnight duke stays from now on!

We stopped to spend just 1 night, It was convenient lokation near I95. Very quiet place to rest.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Fayetteville! The home was modern, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It was spotless upon arrival, and every detail was clearly thought out to make guests feel right at home. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and very kid-friendly, which made it perfect for our family. We really appreciated the calm surroundings and the overall sense of safety in the area. Everything we asked for was provided, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and we’d love to stay again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

This place was the perfect get away! I booked this Airbnb for a little vacation away for the city for my partner’s birthday, and it ended up being perfect. The massage chairs were killer, the furniture was so nice, and the kitchen had everything you could think of! Even though the town surrounding the Airbnb was small, there were still places you could DoorDash from in the evening, and the local diner spots had amazing food and good company. We are already planning our next trip! I will say, if you are driving there at night, be prepared to use your brights, as it gets VERY dark at night here!

Arlene is friendly her home is peaceful the view is amazing horses and cows. Close to everything you need. Comfortable everything you want in a getaway

Leon’s property was perfect for our stay. He provided clear instructions and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. The house, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and clean. We will book his property next time we are in town.

Great host,very helpful! Beautiful clean home. Peaceful and felt safe. Country feel but close to food, Starbucks and the outlets.

Our stay was awesome. We wanted a place to stay while helping our daughter and family after the birth of our granddaughter and the set up was perfect for us. The view into the backyard was so relaxing and we loved the coffee options! We will definitely stay here again!

This was absolutely perfect. Only bummer was we couldn't stay as long as we'd hoped and it was super rainy so we didn't get to swim much. overall an excellent stay, will definitely be back!

Had a nice stay! Easy check in and designated parking space was nice too. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of food options nearby and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

The home was beautiful and had a lot of space. It was just two of us, but we could have easily split it with at least two more people. We especially loved the lake view patio. We enjoyed our morning coffee out there every morning as well as a few night caps. It was so peaceful. Jim was very easy and quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.
