Roddan is an original village with red brick houses. The charm of this place is nature, rural life, a bit off the beaten track, without mass tourism. There are many cycling routes, swimming areas in the old Elbe river basins and forest roads for long walks. Our garden is large, there is a place for dinner at a table for 10 people, there is a place to relax on the grass and by the fire. In the autumn and winter season, you have to heat the house yourself with a stove (on the ground floor), and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

The 'Wincki' opens its historic doors directly on Winckelmannplatz, centrally located in Stendal, and welcomes guests in 7 different and modern rooms - all freshly renovated and lovingly furnished with their own bathroom, some with high stucco ceilings, great parquet flooring, balcony and double doors. A paradise for cyclists, hikers and anglers - perfect for small + large nature lovers. Right where the beautiful Havel flows into the Elbe, lies the relaxing apartment Friedenseiche. The address is: Haverland 7, 19322 Abbendorf. The clean and spacious apartment can accommodate six people. One master bedroom with a box spring bed, two small bedrooms each with a bed. Two more people can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

This special place is outside the village and has its own style. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a desk. The pool can be shared with the 2nd apartment in summer. Stendal, Arneburg and Tangermünde are each about 15 km away. A supermarket is 1.5 km away, the main train station is 2 km away, and there is a bike path nearby.
