The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Beautiful, bright and sunny attic apartment in the middle of the "hotspot" of the Palatinate wine villages. 35 m2 attic studio, a newly laid beech solid wood floor, beautiful exposed beams and a really fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The house was built in 1828 and was completely renovated in 2018. In addition to the double bed, there is a new sofa bed (for 1-2 children), a small fridge, kettle and tea plus cups. NO KITCHEN available! The bathroom is BRAND NEW! (renovated in April 2022).

It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - Nord Vosges on the Haardt der Südliche Weinstraße. The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
