WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the fantastic nature, right up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There is also a sauna in connection with the sea bath. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city centre. There are 2 km to Pizzeria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

Large, nice room with private kitchenette and bathroom

In this lovely bright room, you get a little extra value. Here is a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and shower, a small kitchenette with electric kettle, fridge and microwave. In addition, a small entrance hall with room for clothes and shoes. Total approx. 40 m2. TV with Apple TV and Danish, German, Norwegian and Swedish channels as well as Netflix, Youtube etc. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is free parking right outside the door. There are only 100 m to Rema and 500 meters to the centre and 10 min. by car to Herning

Bright annex of 45 m2, which consists of one large room with sleeping areas, sofa, dining table and kitchen. There is a private entrance, private bathroom, wardrobe and terrace. There is parking at the door and access to the garden. Located in a quiet and sustainable area with walking distance to shopping. Here is peace and quiet and the opportunity for walking or cycling in forests and lakes. Nørre Snede is just a 25-40 minute drive from Legoland, Silkeborg, Horsens and Herning. We are excited to welcome you!

RUGGÅRD - Farm-holiday

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Public transport (bus) 850 m. Silkeborg City Center 5 km. Jyllandsringen 4,4 km. Silkeborg Golf Club 3,7 km. Gødvad Hallen 1,4 km. Svostrup Kro 7 km. Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Cabin to the nature lovers

Experience nature close to Rørbæk lake, at the Jutland ridge, (30 min. walk from the cabin), springs Denmark's two largest rivers, Gudenåen and Skjernåen, with only a few hundred meters distance and runs in different directions towards the sea(10 min. walk from the cabin) In the same place, Hærvejen crosses the river valley. Wake up every day with different birdsong. From Billund airport by bus it is about 2 hours to the cabin We hope you enjoy the area as much as we do!

Welcome - take a break and relax in our cozy green oasis. You get your very own little "apartment" with a private entrance, a small kitchen with dining space for four people, a private bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140x200), sofa, TV and workspace. In addition, the terrace and the garden's various cozy corners may be enjoyed and used.

Small private annex next to private residence. Located on a quiet road. Bright living room, with sofa, TV and dining table. Kitchen with stove and fridge. Small bathroom with shower. Bedroom with 3/4 bed. Located close to Boxen and Messecenter in Herning, Legoland, Givskud lion park, Bestseller and Siemens. The place is best for 1-2 people.
