Glückstadt, the gem on the Elbe, is centrally located in Schleswig-Holstein. From here, both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, as well as the Hamburg metropolitan region, can be reached in a short time. Among other things, Glückstadt is located on the Elbe Cycle Route as well as on the Mönchsweg and is also a worthwhile vacation destination for cycling tourists. Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Horst's time out

Meine Auszeit Horst is a real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the peace and quiet, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 min. by car. Here you will find a real beach and a delicious snack and matching refreshments in summer. You can also reach Hamburg in 30 minutes. In about 3 km. The Horster train station is the nearest station. There is a car park and bicycle parking spaces here.

Beautiful one-room apartment in the historic village center. On the property of the natural healing practice we have renovated a small half-timbered cottage. Five minutes walk into nature. Switch off from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Exercise is life, a hike, a bike ride, or a walk, just enjoy. Our region is perfect for resting from the city noise, relaxing, and there are also great bike paths and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view.
