Beautifully located, approx. 100 m², newly renovated in 2021, very well equipped and lovingly furnished old building apartment on the ground floor of a detached three-family house in the heart of Landau. Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel, despite being very close to the city centre (10-minute walk), the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). The Palatinate vineyards are also just a few minutes away on foot.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. The Gerberhaus is very idyllically located in the medieval Wassergasse, which is closed to traffic, in the center of Annweiler. The organic market is 5 houses away, the marketplace is a 2-minute walk. Parking is located behind the house (parking lot Zwinger P6).
