Quietly located in the Fliegerviertel, despite being very close to the city centre (10-minute walk), the Landau Zoo (5-minute walk) and the park of the former Landau fortress (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1-minute walk). Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. The Gerberhaus is very idyllically located in the medieval Wassergasse, which is closed to traffic, in the center of Annweiler. The organic market is 5 houses away, the marketplace is a 2-minute walk. Parking is located behind the house (parking lot Zwinger P6). On hot days just put your feet in the Queich right outside the door.
