Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Obstalden/Glarnerland oberhalb des Walensees (zwischen Zürich und Chur), im Gartengeschoss einer Neubau-Villa mit gehobener Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Aktivurlauber & Naturliebhaber. Der See, die umliegende Bergwelt (Kerenzerberg, Flumserberg, Amden), nahegelegene Sport- und Freizeitzentren (Kerenzerberg, Lintharena) und bekannte Ausflugsziele (Liechtenstein, Heidiland, Tamina Therme, Taminaschlucht) erlauben einen abwechslungsreichen Aufenthalt.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

With us you are on the sunny side!

The apartment is surrounded by nature, away from the road, yet close to the village. There you will find shopping facilities such as Volg, Spar mini, bakery with coffee and also a restaurant. We also have an indoor pool, where you can enjoy the warm water on the bubble loungers and admire the mountains. The apartment has many toys, a TV with 7 days of replay. The kitchen is well equipped but without a dishwasher. From the living room and bedroom you can see the mountains and Lake Walen.

Wunderschönes altes Bauernhaus mit liebevoller Innenausstattung in paradiesischer Umgebung. Besonders geeignet für Leute die der grossen, lauten Welt entfliehen wollen oder die gerne die Schweizer Bergwelt zu Fuss erkunden möchten. Wer mit dem OeV anreist, geht eine Stunde zu Fuss über einen sehr beliebten Wanderweg (Weesen - Quinten). Wer mit dem Auto ankommt, geht vom Parkplatz in Betlis, nur 15 Min auf diesem Wanderweg (Wanderschuhe mit gutem Profil sind empfehlenswert).

We are a cosmopolitan family with two school-age children, and we live in the beautiful Glarus mountains. Our new guest apartment is in a central, quiet location. Furnished with a bed 160 wide, shower with bath towels,kitchen with pots,pans dishes, etc. Kitchen table,closet, Toilet In the staircase. Garden with seating. Wi-Fi, coffee and tea are available.
