Sleeping in a living barrel Relax in our yard in a cozy barrel. In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, they find everything to enjoy their holidays, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg skiing area, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor swimming pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

We are a cosmopolitan family with two children (4 & 8) and at home in the beautiful Glarus mountains. Our new guest apartment is centrally located in a quiet location. Furnished with a bed 160 wide, shower with bath towels, kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Kitchen table, cabinet, Toilet in the stairwell. Garden with seating. Wi-Fi, coffee and tea are available.

The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
