Quiet, 10 minutes walk from the city center and the train station (50 minutes by train from Paris) and 5 minutes from the A13 access, 70m2 house on two levels + sports room. On the ground floor, a main room with fitted kitchen open to living/dining room opening onto terrace and garden/barbecue, WC with washing machine. Upstairs two large bedrooms with cupboards, a bathroom and WC. 2 parking spaces. Air conditioner. Wifi.

Le Cottage, peaceful oasis near Giverny

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Check-in 3 pm - Check-out noon Single-family home with equipped kitchen and 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is in our garden and has access to an indoor swimming pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than 15 minutes from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently
