Great location, so close to everything

Another Venice for those who want to discover Venice and live it closer to the Venetians. The apartment is cozy with stunning views and a Coop department store is right next door. It is very convenient for family and the giudecca is very well served in Vaporetto to go anywhere and explore Venice. A great green stay in Venice. We'll be happy to go back! Our son even played with the kids on the campo out of school! Visit and live Venice. A great pleasure.

Nicole’s place was more than right at home. She personally met us at the meet up spot to show us around and how everything works in the apartment. Without her help and input it would’ve been difficult to get around. Nicole is extremely responsive and more than helpful. Her place is private, yet once you step out it feels like you’re near the action. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, art district and more all right there. If you’re coming to Venice, Nicole’s place on Giudecca is where you want to be! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Nicole for all your help and having us in your lovely home 💛

Rossana’s apartment is in a fabulous location overlooking the lagoon, but easily accessible from the main island via the regular Vaparetto services. The apartment is very homely with everything needed for a comfortable stay and has some wonderful restaurants very close by. There is a handy Coop store just a few minutes walk away and Rossana (and Claudia who met us to show us to the apartment when we first arrived) were both very helpful and made the arrangements very straightforward.
