The flat is on the first floor of a typical venetian house in the green and quiet island of Giudecca. From a small hall you enter a wide room which is very bright and cosy. The living, with a well equipped kitchen and a nice dinette, is separated by a small wall from the sleeping area, with a double bed and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom is wide and elegant. This flat was my home for several years and I really loved well in it. It is like a nest! It is recommended to couples who love a quiet house full of light and the sight of open spaces and the lagoon.

It is extremely bright and comprises: an entrance hall, a living room with terrace, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds), a hallway and a bathroom. It is equipped with independent air conditioning/heating, TV and internet.
