Leiligheten er lys og flott, og den har svært sentral beliggenhet like ved Gågata (Kongens gate) med kort vei til alt av byens fasiliteter. Like ved finner du dagligvarebutikk, kjøpesenter og byparken. Leiligheten er romslig og har en god planløsning.
