Unique apartment with beautiful views!

You walk straight in from street level, and to a quiet part of the building. When you enter the apartment, you will see straight down and out over the lake! On each side are the bedrooms, completely shielded from the noise of the street. Large bathroom on the same floor. Down half a staircase, and you find yourself in a voluminous room with windows partly from the floor - to the ceiling that is 4 meters up! Beautiful kitchen, nice dining area with a view, and a very cozy TV corner you will find down there. And exit to private veranda that hangs right over the lake.

Nostalgia

A charming house from the 1800s with a great atmosphere. The property is beautifully located by the lake overlooking Ålesund and Sunnmørsalpene. Only 15 min by car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there is cultivated land with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a marble church from the Middle Ages, beaches, untouched nature and bird life. The island was once home to Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs, and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

New Nook

Want to stay in a real Art Nouveau building? This building was rebuilt in Art Nouveau style after the city fire in 1904 by architect Einar Halleland. From this central accommodation you have easy access to whatever it may be. The apartment is bright and great, and it has a very central location just off Gågata (Kongens gate) with a short distance to all of the city's amenities. Nearby you will find a grocery store, shopping mall and city park. The apartment is spacious and has a good layout.

Campingvognen er idyllisk plassert med god utsikt. 10 minutter med bil fra Ålesund sentrum, 13-16 minutter med buss. Gratis parkering. 1/2 minutt å gå til fjorden der sjøvante kan leie robåt etter avtale. I gåavstand har du Atlanterhavsparken, Tueneset med strand, stier, gapahuker og bålplass samt bunkerser fra 2. verdenskrig. Du kan gå opp på Sukkertoppen herfra. Nydelig utsikt over by og fjell. Vogna har dobbeltseng, enkeltseng, stor sofa, enkelt kjøkken, toalett og tv, ovn m.m. Velkommen.

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Velkommen til Jugend Loft, en sjelden toppleilighet i hjertet av Ålesund. Denne nydelige perlen befinner seg i et velkjent jugendstils bygg med sentral beliggenhet i gågata. Her kan en nyte det beste av Ålesund, enten ved å bevitne vakker utsikt på byggets takterrasse eller nyte noe godt i kaféen i første etasje. Videre finner man alle sentrums fasiliteter rett utenfor inngangsdøren, med kort gangavstand til Skansekaia, Brosundet og til de berømte trappene opp til utkikkspunktet Fjellstua.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport in the late afternoon/evening. There is a 24-HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the rental. Joker Vikane. Newly renovated farmhouse from 1894 which has retained its unique charm and old style :) The house is located on Ulla, Haramsøy (Haram municipality), with the sea as its nearest neighbour. It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
