Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. The cozy and undisturbed 40 m2 vacation apartment/annex with bathroom and kitchen, has access to its own wooden terrace/garden with garden furniture in the summer.

Perhaps in the morning sun or with a beautiful view to the sunset. The high roof inside creates a spacious feeling making it easy for family and friends to enjoy life together - all times of the year.

Vi har 2 min. til smuk udsigt mod Kullen, havnen og kysten, samt 7 min. gang til strand med bro, og således rig mulighed for en morgen dukkert! Følg Fyrstien mod det gamle Gilleleje, eller i modsat retning mod Nakkehoved Fyr, hvorfra der er en betagende udsigt.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Gilbjergstien B&B A lovely, bright cottage on Gilbjergstien with beautiful views of Kattegat, The Sound and Kullen. The cottage is set back in an old garden and has its own sunny veranda and terrace. In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, campfire, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

Central Cozy 50 m2 seaside apartment, 75m from the beach with maritime decor and attention to detail. Clean and comfortable apartment with hotel style bedding, well equipped small kitchen and small bathroom with shower. Located in the middle of Gilleleje, a small fishing village just one hour drive north of Copenhagen. The apartment is less than a short walk to the harbor. Enjoy a stroll through this lively town with its many shops, cafes and restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.

There is everything you could wish for with 3 beautiful wooden terraces, so you have the opportunity to follow the sun from early morning to late evening, as well as an outdoor bath, outdoor kitchen and even a shelter if you want to be closer to nature.
