Fully-equipped apartment located on the outskirts of Nyhamnsläge. Close to the sea where there is a harbor, beach, swimming area and nature reserve. Bike path just around the corner and via it you can go north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south, you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

The schoolhouse is surrounded by a large garden, and the apartment on the second floor offers three bright and spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small study room. Relax in this unique and quiet home on the Granholm farm, which is located in a lovely large garden, and with lakes, forests and bogs just outside. We live close to Helsinge, but still completely on our own. We have sheep and chickens. The apartment is built in the farm's former carriage gate and loft, and contains a large room with kitchen, dining area, sofa area and sleeping area. Toilet and bath next to the sleeping area. The bed can be divided into 2 single beds, and an extra bed can be made on the sofa.

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

NB! I perioden fra 1. Maj til ca. 1. juli 2026 vil der være renoveringsarbejde på ejendommen, og der må derfor påregnes støj og aktivitet omkring lejligheden i dagstimerne. Hyggelig alrum med stue/køkken, samt trappe til soveværelse på 1. salen. Trappen er stejl, og lejligheden egner sig derfor ikke til børn. OBS! I hverdagene kan der være lidt aktivitet på ejendommen pga. murervirksomhed, når de ansatte møder ind, vareindleveringer, osv.

Hornbæk - two minutes from Hornbæk Plantage

The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a two-minute walk to Hornbæk Plantage. It is a dog forest and it only takes 10 minutes to walk down to the coast. Dogs are welcome, but we are old school and do not accept dogs in the bed, chair, sofa and other furniture. Your dog must be able to sleep on the floor and we are happy to provide a dog bed.
