Holiday rentals with a pool in Gijón

The place is perfect. We went with a group of friends and had a great time. Manuel was great, making it easy both for check-in and check-out.

Unbeatable exterior, gorgeous area and great service. The interior is better for 4 than for 5 because the bedrooms below are a little small. A paradise!

Beautiful house with bags of character and original details, whilst also being very comfortable and well laid out. Lots of space and lots of bits to enjoy. We spent a great week there. Highlight is the BBQ - a really fun way to cook and much more than a usual BBQ. Location is near a small sized town with everything you'll need. It's not a tourist town, but that has it's own charm. Nearby Gijon is a great seaside town. Leon which is about 1.2 hours away is an amazing historic place. The scenery around the area is stunning. Green, hilly and beautiful. Not how you would imagine the Spanish landscape.

Beautiful Indian house 15 minutes from Oviedo, very nice, very spacious, with lots of land, swimming pool and barbecue. Great for large groups.

This place was a great choice: clean, comfortable and perfectly located, close to everything and in a quiet area. The facilities are well cared for and offer everything you need to enjoy to the fullest. I would definitely repeat!

Victor's place is great, it matches or exceeds the description and expectations. A spacious dream house, surrounded by a huge enclosed garden decorated with a lot of style, with fruit trees and an impeccable real lawn. Faces the sun all day, with a huge pool and terrace that we were able to use in October. My dog spent the whole weekend running around. And Victor is a charming guy... although at first he seems a bit suspicious of the housekeeping, as it should be, during our stay he showed the same interest in making sure everything was fine for us... thank you Victor for everything! Thank you so much for giving us a place to stay... it was a wonderful weekend. Hopefully we have managed to live up to being guests. And we can do it again ;)

Cozy apartment, super new and in a very quiet area of Luanco. Pedro leaves you breakfast for the stay, a touch. The terrace, small but super well located to make her all the meals and cenas si apetece. The spectacular development. Too bad we weren't able to premiere the pool. It's September, and we didn't expect to use it either. Very good accommodation. We were very comfortable.

Very pleasant stay with all the comforts as well as a pool and parking on the premises. We recommend it and hope to do it again. Embrace Jorge!

we stayed 9 nights and we have a great time. plenty to do around. tenis, swimming, basketball. The beach is a 5 mins drive and it is a great beach.

Until today I hadn't been able to leave the assessment. We had a wonderful time, with a very nice garden and a pool that my children immediately enjoyed. The house is impeccable, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. Communication was excellent and ease of access as well. We really appreciate the welcome we received from Maria and Jose. Of course, totally recommended. If we have the opportunity to return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

It's a dream house, everything is taken care of to every last detail. The hostess is super friendly and makes you feel right at home, she would definitely come back. It's been a perfect stay.
