Pilar was very kind from the first moment. She made it easy for us to pick up and return the keys, as we planned to arrive late in the day and leave early in the morning. She was concerned about how everything was going over the weekend. And the apartment, in addition to being very nice and well-kept, was clean, tidy and had everything. Very comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen and everything working perfectly. The location is great in an area filled with restaurants and cider houses. We will surely repeat since it is very close to our family. A ten out of ten and 100% recommended.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Our experience at Mario's place was 10, we will definitely repeat. At all times she was helpful, and was willing to help us find restaurants or activities to do near the area. The house was spotless, the apartment very spacious and comfortable, close to supermarkets and located very close to Salinas beach. If we return to Avilés we will definitely contact him again.

Really enjoyed my stay, the whole experience was so positive. From check in with Pilar, who was very kind and helped me with questions I had and recommended places I might like. The flat has a very calm atmosphere and is a pleasant retreat to return to after exploring Gijon, amazing views. The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

Cristina has been charming, very helpful, she has been attentive with everything. The apartment has been very clean and well kept. It is very close to different places to have a drink on the promenade, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to take place). The area is very quiet, for a walk it is very good and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, only with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts is very worth it.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!
