An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is a separate room for breakfast and a spacious private bathroom with bath and shower. Guests have access to the entire upper floor, with free entrance. You can look out over the meadows from your chair. The Tiny House has its own bathroom and a kitchen with a stove and fridge. A lovely bed that can be set up as a double bed or two single beds. The nice sitting area completes this B&B. On beautiful days, you can enjoy the spacious veranda and private garden around.

From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt.
