The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center. A west-facing balcony that can accommodate two or three people overlooks the street. The quiet room overlooks a courtyard. There is no one opposite. Many shops, restaurants, cafés and cultural places nearby. The decor is contemporary with older objects generally found in flea markets. Apart from the bedroom and the closed bathroom, the kitchen, living room and dining room form the same space.
