The view of the garden, waking up with chirping birds, offers an oasis of peace in the, within walking distance, lively city. Shops, museums, restaurants, the industrial and cultural NRE site and trendy Strijp S, all facilities within easy reach. You will find a lot of greenery in the park with many exotic trees. Fabulous 4 Bedroom Villa (KS-10)

This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. Welcome to Sint-Oedenrode, a beautiful village, full of beautiful hiking and cycling areas! And you're right in the middle of it. Only a 5-minute walk from the cozy city center and about a 15-minute drive from Eindhoven (Airport) and Den Bosch, you will find our house. A golf course (De Schoot) and sauna (Thermae Son) are nearby. We live on a quiet street with free parking. You have a view of our private garden. Free WiFi, Digital TV and Netflix are available.

A stylishly furnished apartment located in the heart of Eindhoven, offering complete privacy. This cozy space includes one bedroom with a 180cm bed, a walk-in shower and a rooftop terrace. For the third and fourth person there are 2 sleepingchairs (90cm) in the livingroom. Fully equipped with all essentials, the apartment is conveniently situated near charming shops and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant city center.

Guest suite 10 min walking distance from the city center!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

This apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Eindhoven, there is plenty of space, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a private entrance from the street. Paid parking is available in front of the door, and there is free parking within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is very spacious and built around a patio, so there is plenty of daylight.

A nice, small city studio in the center of Eindhoven. Our favorite cafes and restaurants are at the end of the street and around the corner in De Bergen. A supermarket right around the corner. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Within about 25 minutes' walk, you are in the city center, on the hip Strijp-S or in a green park. Terraces, cozy eateries and shops are nearby. While everything is so close, the street is still quiet with almost only local traffic.
