This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), picnic table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, campfire, trampoline and BBQ.

Easy to reach from the highway, but only a few minutes' walk to nature park "De Maashorst" and close to nature park "Herperduin". Chez Dominique - Independent Studio

Our renovated "woonboerderij" (residential farm) dates from the 1850s. The large studio is located on the ground floor of our house and has its own private entrance via the large double doors. Renovated in August 2018, it consists of a large bedroom, a seating area, a small office corner, a kitchen corner with dining table and a spacious bathroom.

The Wild Garden - Garden Room

At the rear of our property, in a completely renovated former barn, this studio is located in our "wild garden" of over one hectare. The studio is about 50 m2, equipped with a spacious bathroom, kitchenette, dining table, sitting area and of course a lovely bed with "best rated" mattresses.
