With a work area, Netflix on two TVs, Nespresso coffee and sleeping spaces for groups or families, the apartment is ideal for city and business travellers.

The bathroom is equipped with a tub, separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity and LED mirror. The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

Calling all stork fans and nature lovers! This newly renovated and modern but cozily furnished property is located in the green Schwerte-Geisecke. Surrounded by the Ruhr meadows, on the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path, you will be able to spend a relaxing time here. As a special highlight, you have a direct view of a stork nest a few meters away. At the right time, the stork couple can be observed here during courtship and breeding.

In the heart of Dortmund and overlooking the Hoher Wall, where you can watch the hustle and bustle from your loggia while enjoying your morning coffee. The rooms can also be booked individually (see my other listings). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee machine or a filter coffee machine. On the quiet, covered terrace you can enjoy your meals and sit comfortably. The bathromm has a shower.

The apartment is back on Airbnb from November 2021 onwards and we want to try it after a COVID-break with this apartment. Central city appartment above Dortmund (5th floor) with everything you need for a great stay in or around Dortmund. Just 10 minutes of walk from the central station.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Walk to the city in approx. 15 minutes or by train within a few stops. A bus line runs to the Kreuzviertel. Our apartment is popular with guests who go to the soccer stadium or are interested in tuning. JP Performance and the Automuseum are very close by.
