Wir bieten ein 12qm Zimmer für unsere Gäste aus aller Welt an. Das Zimmer hat auch noch einen durch eine Glastür getrennten ca. 2,5qm großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es befindet sich im 1.OG unseres Hauses. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche steht zur freien Verfügung. Neben der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner kann auch unsere Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin im Erdgeschoss benutzt werden. Auf Wunsch wird ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück für 10€ Aufpreis pro Person angeboten.

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 9 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni und Frauen sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

Very quiet flat on the first floor with 2 rooms - bedroom and livingroom (second bed, if you need) with small kitchen and bathroom. Balcony, TV in both rooms. You'll find some food for breakfast for short stays. Within walking distance to Supermarket and city 10 minutes. Way to fair Düsseldorf with taxi or car 15 minutes. With bus or train 50-65 minutes. Airport: 15 minutes with taxi. Wellcome to the best place for regeneration!

The room is located in the center of Dortmund and many sights can be reached on foot from here. I have an exceptionally beautiful quiet backyard right next to my studio. The atmosphere in this garden is peaceful and animated by good spirits. For relaxing! In my 75 m² studio, you can marvel at my extraordinary paintings with earth on canvas and various sculptures. The kitchen and my small bathroom can of course be used.

The guesthouse Holiday has 3 bedrooms, with private bathroom with shower or bathtub. There is a shared kitchen where there is a small breakfast for you every morning. Each room has it's own TV with satellite reception. They have free WiFi in the house. A shared balcony where you can also smoke. In addition, you also have a free parking lot at the house.
