Große Wohnung, 84 m2, zwischen Dortmund, Bochum und Witten. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und ist mit einem großen Garten umgeben, trotzdem sind 2 Supermärkte, Bus, Kiosk und Restaurants in 3-10 min zu erreichen. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien oder Besucher von Tagungen und Messen, da es drei abgetrennte Zimmer mit Schlafgelegenheiten gibt. Die Entfernung nach Dortm.-City beträgt 10km, zur TU Do 3 km, zur Ruhr-Uni-Bochum 10 km und zur Uni Witten/ Herdecke 2km.

Cozy holiday apartment, central, quiet location. The pretty apartment in a half-timbered house has its own entrance and everything you need for everyday life. WLAN, TV, coffee, tea are available to our guests. Popular destinations, supermarkets are in the vicinity. The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.

Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.

The quiet but central location with quick access to the A2 and A52 makes it ideally accessible. Shops (Lidl, Aldi, bakery) and downtown Buer are in the immediate vicinity.
