We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

The accommodation is located in the wine metropolis of Laumersheim surrounded by idyllic vineyards with the excellent wineries Knipser, Phillip Kuhn and Mario Zelt. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fantastic location for hiking or cycling around the beautiful Palatinate Forest. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation.
