There is a French balcony in the bedroom, which faces the courtyard with tables and benches and the possibility to barbecue in the summer. The apartment is ideal for 2 guests, and it is possible to make up an extra guest on the sofa bed in the living room. Fælledparken is located near the apartment. There are also good bus and metro connections to the city centre.

The vibrant life in Sydhavnen with delicious coffee, and lovely restaurants, shopping opportunities are within walking distance it takes about 5 minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a small kitchen where you can easily cook some light food, fridge, and Airfryer. You have your own toilet and bathroom. There is a dining area for 3, and a bed. (120 cm)

The basement apartment is accessed by the private entrance. The apartment is decorated nicely and everything is modernized. The house is a 5 minute walk from the S-train station and 15 minutes drive from Copenhagen city center. There is a forest and beach within biking distance. There are shopping and restaurant options within bike and walking distance. We would like to point out that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are at home

Quiet - 15 min from central CPH
