Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Charming small cottage of 20 sqm in closed garden with lots of roses; 7 min walk from Vangede Station. The house is new and built like an old train wagon. There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.

Located on the 4th floor, it features a spacious entrance hall, a kitchen facing the backyard and a spacious bathroom with separate shower. Four supermarkets are located within 100m.

The house is a 5 minute walk from the S-train station and 15 minutes drive from Copenhagen city center. There is a forest and beach within biking distance. There are shopping and restaurant options within bike and walking distance. We would like to point out that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are at home
