Spacious condo in residential area (6 guests)

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, at 5 to 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

The building dates from 1906 and still contains authentic elements such as old panel doors and stained glass windows. The apartment is accessed by a (steep) staircase and covers 2 floors. It is therefore not suitable for people with mobility problems. Suitable for 2 people, no pets allowed.
