The vacation home is 700 m from the fine sandy beach in Graal-Müritz. Behind the house is the "Große Ribnitzer Moor" with walking paths to the sea. Next to the house there are houses with nice neighbors and a small hotel. In the house, there is a fiber optic connection of 100 Mbit/s. Right at the beach entrance there are three restaurants and close to the vacation home the "Kaffeestübchen Witt." From the S-Bahn station 2 km away, the train runs to Rostock. There are also shops such as Edeka/Penny/Aldi.

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

This beautiful domicile in the dunes with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the Baltic Sea behind the dune of the Dierhagen Baltic Sea beach and welcomes from the 15th July the first holiday guests. The architect's house offers you not only a breathtaking view of the sea from the loggia.
