The vacation home is 700 m from the fine sandy beach in Graal-Müritz. Behind the house is the "Große Ribnitzer Moor" with walking paths to the sea. Next to the house there are houses with nice neighbors and a small hotel. In the house, there is a fiber optic connection of 100 Mbit/s. Right at the beach entrance there are three restaurants and close to the vacation home the "Kaffeestübchen Witt." From the S-Bahn station 2 km away, the train runs to Rostock. There are also shops such as Edeka/Penny/Aldi.

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.
