Apartment holiday rentals in Gelbensande

I was in Rostock and Ellen as part of my teaching activity and her accommodation that she provides to guests are especially in every respect. I had an outstanding home here for four days and nights in a distant place. Here I was able to relax, recharge again and feel highly comfortable through these special rooms. We felt very comfortable! Everything you could use was there. The only thing that bothered us personally was the missing window in the kitchen, which made the apartment smell of grease the next day, despite ventilation. Since we like to cook ourselves on holiday, this stopped us after the 2nd time and we refrained from roasting. But I don't think that should be an obstacle for some to rent this great apartment as accommodation. Nevertheless, we were always happy to return to the accommodation after our excursions and looked forward to it:) So, thank you very much!

Like last year, it was another great stay at Conny's. Communication went smoothly. Everything is clean & the amenities are perfectly sufficient for 2 people. From the accommodation, you have about a 5-minute walk to the ferry, which then takes you all day / night to Warnemünde & back. This is, of course, the absolute best. You can leave the car and simply drive to Warnemünde at any time. You also have a great view of the cruise ships, and that fascinates us again and again. We will definitely come back next year, because with the accommodation we have found our favorite accommodation. 100% recommended.

Since it led me to the Baltic Sea for work, I spent my first 6 months in Rostock with André. The contact with André was always great, quick and pleasant. I was even able to have my mail sent to him, which made life very easy. The apartment is well and quietly located and has a parking space under the carport. From Sievershagen, I was able to easily reach all my stations in the training on any side of the Warnow. In addition, a shopping center is within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a spiral staircase. It has a fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are well equipped and all separate, so you can also cook without the whole apartment smells like it. For example, an ironing board, a clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. I enjoyed the time with André and was able to arrive in Rostock excellently.

We stayed in this magnificent apartment for 4 days and as described we had a view from the terrace over the fields to the promised sea view. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed great sunsets in the most amazing colors. The apartment is so well equipped with everything that infants are also welcome. (Crib, chair, potty, foot bench) We have very often rented an apartment for short breaks, but none corresponded to the photos and description of Martina's. Big compliment. We are happy to recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back ourselves.

Philipp's small apartment is very practical and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable. The surroundings are fantastic and invite you to many activities. We can only recommend it:)

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. We felt very comfortable, and thanks to the nice weather, we were able to enjoy breakfast at the outdoor table. There’s also a forest nearby, perfect for walks and stretching. The Starke family is friendly and very polite. Highly recommend, and I hope to stay here again!

We went on a summer vacation as 3 friends. Our aim was to swim, go trekking, and visit the Baltic Sea, Warnemünde, and Rostock. Maximilian and Kira were very helpful and friendly. The house was wonderful, lovely, and everything we needed was available. The kitchen was especially well-equipped. We felt right at home here and loved the house. It was mentioned that the bathroom might need renovation, but we found it perfectly sufficient, well-organized, and clean. We didn’t use public transportation, but the train station was a 10-minute walk from the house. The surroundings were very peaceful and everywhere was lush and green. Maximilian and Kira had written down places we should visit in the area, and by following their suggestions, we were able to see some wonderful places.

We felt very comfortable in Katrin's accommodation. The apartment had everything we needed. The highlight of the kids was definitely the trampoline and the contact with the other kids who were currently on vacation on the farm. A really nice and quiet oasis to relax, nestled in a picturesque setting full of hydrangeas.

We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The area is very quiet and offers access to very beautiful beaches with bicycles in a short time. There you can actually see sunsets over the sea. This was a dream. The apartment is very cozy and has a terrace with sitting area and hammock. The host goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Big compliment.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The check-in was straightforward and the accommodation was very clean and wonderfully furnished. The accommodation is in a quiet and at the same time central area of Rostock. The main train station can be reached within a few minutes on foot, as well as all other sights. There are two supermarkets in the area. At Café Paula, which is also a good 6-minute walk away, you can get a good breakfast for a reasonable price. Overall, we are very, very, and would book again.

I had a really good time there. The small apartment is very quiet and you have everything you need. Above all, the communication with Manuela was great - she is easy to reach and flexible and gave me great tips for Rostock. Thanks for the nice time there, I'd love to come back. :)

The apartment is clean and cozily furnished, the kitchen has sufficient basic equipment, all as in the description or the photos. If you want to have it quiet, this is the place to be. The school not far from the house doesn't really bother you. The communication with the nice hosts was very pleasant. You can reach out to them at any time. They were very flexible at my check in... Thank you again. By car, you can quickly get to Rostock, the beach can be reached in about 30 minutes. Many excursion destinations can be found nearby. I can definitely recommend the apartment and would want to book it again on occasion.

The place looks the same as in the photos. It is very clean, plenty of storage space is available and all kinds of utensils that you need. The view is very nice and the proximity to the beach is really a dream. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. More than enough space for 6 people. Even with two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

Wonderful stay & something very special! We felt at home from the first moment and it is not common to live in a castle estate, with great flair. The estate is lovingly maintained, inviting you to linger outside. Horses are present, and fresh eggs from the hens are available upon request. The apartment was lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. The warm welcome and attention of the host made our stay unforgettable. We will be happy to come back! We thank René for the beautiful weekend in the apartment. We didn't do anything in the village itself, but it was only a 12-18 minute drive to Rerik or Kühlungsborn. The apartment was very neat and clean. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the quiet balcony. A highlight, especially since the weather wasn't cooperating, was the "spa area" in the basement, which can be used by several apartments in the house. Very clean and private. Great atmosphere for a relaxing bath or sauna. Thanks for the tip, René. We will definitely recommend the apartment and maybe come back again.

What a great place to stay in beautiful Greifswald. The apartment is just a few steps from the market square, yet it is very quiet there. We felt very comfortable, everything was perfect and very clean. To welcome us, Petra spoiled us with a fruit basket - what a great gesture. Thank you so much!
