Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum mit Bad und einer gemeinschaftlich genutzten Küche außerhalb der FeWo. Wobei jede FeWo einen eigenen Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hat. 3Wohnungen teilen sich Spüle und Herd. Die Unterkunft ist ebenerdig und durch die zentrale Lage sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Bahnhaltestellen und der schöne Ostseestrand leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Ein großer Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Traveling is the most beautiful way to discover new things and perceive time differently. Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

The beach, restaurant and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. The apartment has a kitchen, a well-kept bathroom and an entire living & bedroom. There are 2 + 1 sleeping facilities available. Consisting of a double bed and a pull out couch for max. 1 toddler. We also provide a travel cot on request.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The apartment "Hirsch Heinrich" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the water with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our quiet and green, between the Baltic Sea beach in Graal-Müritz and the Fischland/Darß peninsula, approx. 47 square meter apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. The available property is about 3,000 square meters and has a large garden, a playground with swings, sandbox and trampoline. To the north, there are fields and to the east, the pastures of the Bernsteinreiter riding stable.

Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the souterrain of our home. We bought the house in mid-2018 and renovated it according to our ideas. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea was our second home for a long time and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our apartment. There is room for two in the bedroom and a cot is also available.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

Vacation on the Baltic Sea

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The apartment is located on the edge of Ribnitz Damgarten on our property, but has a separate entrance and is completely self-sufficient from the main apartment. The apartment was completed in 2023. Unfortunately, the outdoor facilities are not finished yet. 2 km to the Saaler Bodden and 8 km to the Baltic Sea.
