At the foot of one of the most beautiful cliffs in the world, to sigoyer (15 kms of GAP and on foot work to climb hiking mountain biking road biking ( many circuits and passes ) horseback riding , snowshoeing ,skiing ( 50 minutes of devoluy, 1 h of the resorts champsaur and Guillestrois)and ski touring, I propose this little paradise summer and winter , animals accepted but kept on leash or long lanyard on the terrace and very socialized and not attacking the cat !!!, quiet assured Exceptional place

New and spacious accommodation. Views of the mountains from the deck. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops at 400 m, city center 5 minutes away. Please note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We provide the sheets but please remember to take your towels.

Charming cottage: "La grange au Lac Azur"

Charming 45 m2 cottage being renovated, comfortable, in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).
