We offer a spacious and peaceful accommodation, ideally located on the heights of Gap, close to the Parc de Charance. Our cottage is a spacious loft-style duplex of 60 m2. It is fully equipped and benefits from a mezzanine bedroom which includes a king size bed in 180 cm (2x90) as well as a single bed in 90 cm. The large living room includes a 140cm convertible. The accommodation has a TV (TNT + HDMI cable) as well as a reversible A/C. Parking in front of the gite.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
