Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye and very close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer an independent cottage of nearly 90 m2, great comfort with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur Valley. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

A secure and private underground parking space is available. A fully equipped and functional kitchen. (oven, stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator). Tassimo coffee maker. The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

I chose and furnished this accommodation to offer travelers what I look for when I am traveling myself: A welcoming, well-equipped, quiet place, that you can invest in by feeling almost at home... You will have a 20 m2 living room with equipped kitchen and dining area giving access to an 8 m2 terrace; a TV lounge and a 15 m2 bedroom with 160 X200 cm bed (2 beds of 80 and a common mattress topper, recent bedding), a bathroom with toilet.

On the top floor of an old building it offers an incredible view on the streets and the cathedral! Located on the 3rd floor with a dominant view, you are 2 steps from the shops (bakery, restaurants,press, tobacco, butcher shop, bookstore, municipal pool...) while being hidden in this small cozy nest very well equipped!
