In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-metre apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance. The apartment comprises a large combined living-dining-kitchen area, a large bedroom, a small combined living-bedroom with a single bed (185 x 85 cm), and a bathroom. A foldaway bed (90 x 200 cm) is available upon request. There is space for 4 adults and 1 baby (cot available). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

Bei uns erwartet Sie eine Einliegerwohnung in unserem Haus in Gillrath mit eigenem Eingang auf dem Land und doch wenige Autominuten von der Stadt Geilenkirchen entfernt mit sehr guter Bus- und Bahnanbindung Richtung Aachen, Düsseldorf und Köln. Im Ort Gillrath befindet sich der Bahnhof der historischen Dampfeisenbahn. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen und Ausflüge, mehrere Naherholungsgebiete sind in der Nähe, ebenso die holländische Grenze.

Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. het MECC (5 minuten / auto), de Universiteit Maastricht ( 5 minuten) en de oude binnenstad van Maastricht is op loopafstand. Parkeren kan voor de deur tegen betaling (8,10 p.d.)

Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

Studio met een interieur waar een eigen touch aan gegeven is, omdat mijn hart ligt bij het inrichten en stylen van woningen. De studio is deel van een vroegere boerderij en is recent gerenoveerd. Authentieke details zijn bewaard gebleven. Het bos grenst aan de woning voor een lekkere verfrissende wandeling. Grote steden zijn goed bereikbaar en het prachtige heuvelland ligt in de nabije omgeving.De studio is gelegen aan een doorgaande weg.

A supermarket, bakery, butcher and gas station can be reached quickly. The Wurmtal for access to nature is only a 5-minute walk away.

Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)

De royale vakantiewoning heeft een eigen ingang en bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping. De woning is in landelijke stijl ingericht en heeft een mooi uitzicht over onze tuin en België, aan de overkant van de Maas. De vakantiewoning is uitstekend geschikt voor vakanties maar ook als verblijf voor zakenreizen.

A spacious and high room is tastefully decorated on the ground floor of our house, it is a former bus depot. There is room to put down a folding bed, so you can sleep with 3 people.
