The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Guest house in Næstved

Guest house in scenic and quiet surroundings with just 5 km from the center of Næstved and 2 km to shopping. It is possible to buy snacks and drinks in the mini bar. The guesthouse is 32 m2, divided into a living room with tea kitchen and dining table, as well as a room with a bed that is 140x200 cm and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with two sleeping places and dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bedroom is with a double bed and exit to the shared garden. From the bedroom there is access to bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. Note: Additional fees are required for adult numbers 3 and 4. Children are always free.

It was in the late '80s that you stopped using the building for pigeons and chickens, and which today stands newly renovated by 80% recycled materials that were supposed to be thrown into construction sites, but were instead used to build this fun little home.
