Holiday rentals with lake access in Gålå

The cabin is located at Viken Fjellgård, an hour from Lillehammer, right by the idyllic Espedalsvatnet, 720 metres above sea level, and Langsua National Park. Here you can find peace and quiet, swim, paddle, visit mines, or go for walks. It is a short distance to the high mountains with many hiking opportunities, or you can walk from the farm along the water, on paths in the woods and fields. There is a cosy outdoor area with a fire pit on the jetty by the boathouse, and there is a swimming beach on the other side. Our guests can use our two boats and canoe freely, and we lend out two fishing rods.

Gålå is an old tourist destination in rapid development. Snow-proof, 630 km of ski slopes and alpine slopes. Gålå Handel which has "everything", and Gålå Hotel is in the immediate vicinity and Røsslyngstua Café is open and with delicious food on the menu. In summer there are also countless hiking opportunities, Høyt og Lavt climbing park, frisbee golf and open mountain pastures at Solbråsetra where the local woman Anne Hov invented Gudbrandsdal cheese in 1863. There is more culture: Peer Gynt Festival in July/August, Rondaståk in June and a short distance to the Country Festival in Vinstra

About 1 hour from Lillehammer and 200 meters from Espedalsvannet.

Cabin at Gålå - Gudshaugen

New cabin built in 2023, with immediate proximity to Gålå Ski Resort, with alpine slopes and cross-country trails. 5-10 min walk to Høyt og Lavt Gålå (climbing park), alpine facilities, cross-country trails right outside the door and 5 min walk to Peer-Gynt play. This cabin is perfect for friends, families with children, and has 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen. There are 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. Outside you have a lovely view from the terrace with a cozy fire pit and seating.

Cozy cottage with all facilities, 9 beds, fantastic location with good sun conditions and panoramic views of Gålåvatnet and Jotunheimen. Great hiking opportunities, fishing, canoeing and cycling in summer and in winter the area offers fantastic cross-country trails nearby and a great alpine facility. Access to the high mountains Rondane and Jotunheimen is about 1 hour drive. The cabin is a short walk away from Gålå grocery store with year-round operation, and cafe and mountain hotel just nearby.

Welcome to our apartment, with a cosy 36 sqm, on the 3rd floor in central Lillehammer. With the ski station just 500 metres away, you can easily explore the city and the surrounding area. The main street with shops, restaurants and cafes is only one block away. Maihaugen, Lillehammer Olympiapark, Hunderfossen Familiepark, Lilleputthammer and Hafjell are also within a short distance. Free parking is available right in front of the apartment. We allow pets.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 4 bedroom cabin close to the slopes and all other facilities. Parking with EV charger right outside cabin. Note: Due to big variations in the electricity prices we need to calculate the electricity for each stay. The electricity allowance of 100 NOK per day are included in your price. Excessive or wasteful usage will be billed at cost after your stay

Garden House in the Middle of Town

Our garden house has a plain Norwegian cabin standard with everything you need for making simple meals. Some basic food supplies will be available. As we have no running water in the garden house, we have placed a water dispenser in the kitchen area. Your bathroom, with floor heating and shower, is situated right next door, in the main house. The garden house has its own terrace, with access to the garden.

Apartment in Lillehammer

Practical, modern and cosy apartment. The property is right by Mjøsa, with access to the beach in summer and ice skating in winter. A short drive to Lillehammer city centre. Approximately 15-20 minutes by car to Hafjell alpine resort, Nordseter and Sjusjøen with great opportunities for cross-country skiing. The mini-house is located on a private property with a short distance to the main road.
