Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Spätherbst gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. We offer a studio that is located in our house (which we occupy) at the gates of Strasbourg (15 min by bike from the city center) It has an independent entrance that gives direct access to the pool area (possibility of meeting us there, as it is a shared space). Quality bedding, a shower room as well as a microwave and a fridge make up this accommodation. We offer optional breakfast, themed evenings (sauerkraut, tarte flambée...), bike rental.

Right next to the Gmeiner farm with cows, ponies, chickens, cat and dog is the beautiful apartment with 84 m², 5 beds in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a large open living and dining area with kitchen and large terrace. There are 2 more apartments in the house. Dogs are welcome. We charge 25 euros per stay. The municipality charges a tourist tax per day and guest from 16 years of 2.10 euros. This must be paid in cash.
