Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Ruhige klimatisierte Gästewohnung in unserem Haus am Horbachpark in sehr ruhiger, zentraler Lage. Die Altstadt ist nur 300m entfernt, der Stadtbahnhof Ettlingen und Supermarkt 250m, A5 4Km. Wir bewohnen die unteren beiden Etagen. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Sie ist für 2-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Max. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder nach Abstimmung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert(Upcycling). Unser Haus ist „relativ“ CO2 neutral(PV u. Wärmepumpe). Waipu TV Stick.

The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.

5 min from the Chemin des Cimes. Charming semi-detached holiday home of 80 m² in the holiday residence "Les châtaigniers" with private parking. Ideal for children. You can use the outdoor swimming pool (from June to September), the tennis court and the children's playground. Pfaffenbronn is a small, quiet hamlet in northern Alsace, situated between the beautiful town of Wissembourg and the picturesque village of Lembach, 30 km from Haguenau and 50 km from Strasbourg.
