Absolutely recommended – perfect holiday! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful and reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this apartment without restriction – it clearly deserves 5 stars! AMAZING apartment! Very clean, tidy and with everything you need to spend a holiday in Rimini. Linda's house is an 8-minute walk from the most beautiful and well-known places near the sea and the nightlife of Rimini. Linda is a very kind and very precise host. We'll be back!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

Relaxation oasis on Olympus A large, historic stone house surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean flora and fauna laid out on three levels with olive groves and many enchanted seating to marvel and dream. The house has a lot of space, high quality furnishings and tastefully decorated. It surprises with numerous niches, old doors, steps, and stunning views. It is absolutely quiet here and you can stroll through the house and garden, enjoy the wide view over the hilly landscape and the picturesque backdrops of Mondavio and Orciano and always discover new perspectives. The house and garden give a feeling of space, silence, seclusion in harmony with nature. There are nasty lizards, a hoopard, sparrows, and fireflies. The kitchen is very well equipped with many,glasses, crockery, pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. The owners generously share everything.

The apartment is spectacular, it is 3 super nice and very equipped floors. The views and the exterior is beautiful. To get there you have to make a path of curves. Highly recommended!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

What a wonderful surprise this oasis of peacefulness was. It was even better than I expected. The hosts were gracious and always available. The house was nice and cool even though there was a bit of a heat wave going on. There s a great place for a swim in Cagli clean and easy access ! Not to mention the marvelous culinary experience thanks to the wonderful ideas about their favorite places to dine all of which were unusual and delicious! They love animals so my dog felt right at home. Not to forget the Jazz concert under the castle im Cagli. I will surely come back ! I highly reccomend this place "far from the madding crowd"!

We had a lovely time at Bob's. He and his wife are lovely! Luce and Henri (the 2 dogs) are also very cute and just want to be petted. Bob's renovation work is great, and the apartment is absolutely new. The outdoor space is beautiful and offers unobstructed views of the sea and the surrounding hills. Would definitely stay again!

Tommaso is a very welcoming and helpful person. He recommended a great place to dine with a breathtaking view. We had a great time, a lovely, well-kept apartment, right in the heart of the historic centre. A place of peace and nature around, where you can relax from the daily routine. We stayed in this house for 11 days and had a very good time. The apartment, with thorough cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciate the TV that allows several connections ( Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with several capsules available, in addition to the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with linen change available as well for bath linens. The private garage is very useful, and there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit within a few kilometers, the many medieval villages of great interest set on the green hills of Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us and gave them a warm and warm greeting!

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, perfect for two or more people, super tactical, close to the metro and a stone's throw from the sea, you don't even have to touch the car for getting around.

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
