The house was completely renovated in 2021, so the interior looks modern with underfloor heating, a kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, an entrance, and a living room with a wood-burning stove and a plaster ceiling. There is 1 loft with 2 sleeping places and 1 loft with a desk. The garden is fenced, and there is plenty of room for outdoor play and cooking on the grill or fire pit. Across the road is the orangery, fruit garden and forest. Lots of beautiful nature in the area.

Min. 4 days off-season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 995 per stay. A fire basket filled with firewood is provided; you can bring your own wood if you wish. You pay for consumption according to the meter: electricity DKK 2.79 per kWh, water and drainage DKK 89 per m3. The host reads the meters at check-in and check-out and sends a charge for actual consumption via Airbnb.

From the living room, there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and faces south-west. To the east, there is a large tiled terrace with a large annex of 10 m2 and here is also a basin/pool. The pool is open from May to September. The large lawn is suitable for play and is surrounded by trees. There is a charger for electric cars.

Cozy one-story house in beautiful surroundings by Hyllested mountains. Private sauna with room for 16. With private outdoor bath. 10 min. walk to Ree Safari Park. We have a lot of lovely animals here on the premises. Including free-range pigs and goats. It is possible to borrow a crib. 10 km from Ebeltoft city. There is also a beautiful nature trail that goes all the way to Ebeltoft. It is 50 km. to the center of Aarhus. 5 km to the beach. There is access to a large private forest with beautiful views.
