Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming etc. The accommodation is located all the way down to the seaside. Bakery, eateries, and shopping opportunities nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is not washing machine bed linens, sheets and towels have to be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 The tenant leaves the house as it is when they arrive Bathroom, kitchen and floor to be cleaned. Pleasant house with a stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located in the middle of Hitra and Frøya, about 14 minutes drive to the city center on both islands. The house is located in a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, echo sounder and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. Owner with family lives in the same yard and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes with fishing and beach.

The residence has been recently restored and includes modern qualities and comforts such as WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub and shower. The outdoor area is peaceful and rich in content and there is a large terrace with a gas barbecue as well as a play apparatus for the children. There is parking right at the door and the possibility of charging an electric car.

Here you enjoy a few days in the countryside, only 10 km (100 km) from Trondheim. Lots of nice hiking opportunities, canoe rental, shop and pub a short distance from the cabin. Road all the way to the front.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Nære hoppsjøbrygga, fantastiske fiske muligheter i sjø og vann. Båt med 5 hk følger med. Lite med godt utstyrt kjøkken, gass og kull grill. Bade muligheter i både sjø og vann i nærheten. Vi har katt og hund som er med oss på hytta. Fuktskader som beskrevet i anmeldelse er ikke reelt.
