The house is located on a quiet property with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminium boat with a 60 HP engine, sonar and chartplotter for fishing, etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1200.- day. The owner and their family live on the same property and have been experienced hosts for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes for shore fishing.

This little cabin is new and modern. Perfect for a small family outing or if you want a cabin weekend with 4 people. Beautiful view of the sunset in the sea on nice days. The cabin consists of a hallway, bathroom, open living room and kitchen solution. 2 "bedrooms" up on the loft where you will find 2 double beds. There are no stairs up to the loft, there is a ladder. There is both a washing machine and a dishwasher. Short distance to the jetty/shore. Parking right outside the cabin. Easy to get here by car.

Cabin 100 m from the sea, with access to a boat, electricity and water

Here you can enjoy fantastic fishing from both sea and fresh water, sandy beach, boating, and a sunset of the rare. We welcome you to gorgeous adventures and a peaceful atmosphere here at Dolmøya. Rowboat peon 235 available for use. 100 m to the sea and behind the cabin there is a great fresh water for avid trout fishermen. Proximity to Joker grocery store (opening hours 07-23 Mon-Sun). The cottage is under continuous renovation(paint etc) but will be as functional at any given time.

Her kan du nyte stillheten og slappe av sammen med hele familien. Alt på et plan! Nydelig utsikt, nær sjøen og badestrand. Frøya byr på mange turmuligheter. Fiske i både ferskvann og sjø. Det ligger en nydelig badestrand i Aunvågen ca 300m fra hytta. Vi har en 15 fot båt liggende i en båthavn 1km fra hytta som å kan benyttes, inkludert. Til sep. Må være båt vante/båtførerbevis. Husk sengetøy og håndklær. Dere må selv rydde og vaske hytta etter bruk. Tenk på de som kommer etter dere.

Oppusset familiehus brukes som hytte leies ut. Koselig gammeldags hus med sjel og sjarm! Har to etasjer og stue i to seksjoner. Bad med dusj og do i to separate rom. Det er også en sittegruppe på kjøkkene med dør ut til plattingen som du ser på første bilde. Privat skogområde med vinterhage. Utstyrt med utemøbler og bålpanne. Ligger i et skogområde med umiddelbar nærhet til en liten topp med utsikt over Dolmsundet. 700 meter fra havet. Det er fine fiskevann og turområder i gåavstand.

Cozy little cottage by the lake

Unique guest house for two people, located right by the lake. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, this is the place for you. The guest house can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be added. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for NOK 250.
