Unique location by the sea in Håvika havsgård approx. 2 km from Titran at the end of Frøya. Idyllic location with a great view of the Frøyhavet. The waterfront house/holiday home is spread over 2 floors: 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room and TV living room. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and storage room. Access to terrace on ground floor. Titran is an old fishing village with a lot of history and can offer great nature and spectacular experiences in both nice and rough weather. A favorite place for fishermen, divers and paddlers.

Lovely house with a fantastic view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located between Hitra and Frøya, about a 14-minute drive to the town centres on both islands. The house is located on a quiet property with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminium boat with a 60 HP engine, sonar and chartplotter for fishing, etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1200.- day. The owner and their family live on the same property and have been experienced hosts for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes for shore fishing.

New kitchen, large bathroom, hallway and living room with 1x180cm bed, 1x sofa bed (140cm unfolded)! All sleeping places are in the same room (living room). TV with Chromecast. Toys and children's books. The apartment is located at the bottom towards the sea centrally on Brekstad. Only 5 min. walk to the city center or speedboat to Trondheim or Kristiansund. Holiday paradise in the fjæresteinene on Frøya. Sheltered holiday home right by the sea with boat, fishing rods, kayaks, children's kayak and SUP board. Here, nature awaits just outside the door. The house has four bedrooms, all with double beds of 160 cm and blackout curtains. Bed linens and towels are included in the stay.

Her kan du nyte stillheten og slappe av sammen med hele familien. Alt på et plan! Nydelig utsikt, nær sjøen og badestrand. Frøya byr på mange turmuligheter. Fiske i både ferskvann og sjø. Det ligger en nydelig badestrand i Aunvågen ca 300m fra hytta. Vi har en 15 fot båt liggende i en båthavn 1km fra hytta som å kan benyttes, inkludert. Må være båt vante/båtførerbevis. Husk sengetøy og håndklær. Dere må selv rydde og vaske hytta etter bruk. Tenk på de som kommer etter dere.
