From the cabin you can see the sunset over the archipelago of Tarva with the windmills at Valsneset in silhouette. If you are lucky, you can sit in the Jacuzzi and watch the sea eagle, or the northern lights dance across the sky.

The house is located in a quiet courtyard with access to a boathouse and a professional 20-foot aluminum boat with 60 hp, echo sounder and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. Owner with family lives in the same yard and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several freshwater lakes with fishing and beach.

There is parking right at the door and the possibility of charging an electric car.

The property is on 5 acres and large green space makes there a lot of bolt space around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. Built in 1929, the house is a charming house with lots of space. Brekstad is just an hour by speedboat from Trondheim and Solvang is 10 minutes' walk from the speedboat quay. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike paths, hiking trails and historical sights.

Cozy little cottage on the seafront

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

Lite med godt utstyrt kjøkken, gass og kull grill. Bade muligheter i både sjø og vann i nærheten. Vi har katt og hund som er med oss på hytta. Fuktskader som beskrevet i anmeldelse er ikke reelt.
