Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

"Fritzi": Wood-burning stove, Sauna, North Sea & Relaxation

Welcome to the loving & modern holiday home "Fritzi" in Tossens. You can expect an infrared sauna, two bedrooms (one with access to the large balcony), a large south-facing terrace, a light-filled living area with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen, your own free parking space in front of the house, bicycle storage (lockable), insect screens and blackout options, and individually controlled underfloor heating. Bedlinnens and towels can be booked or brought yourself!

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! We look forward to welcoming you as guests!

Strandfuchs Hooksiel vacation home

For a cozy evening, a fireplace is available next to the TV. Especially after stormy North Sea days, the in-house sauna invites you to linger. Enjoy your vacation to the fullest, in good weather also outside on the terrace. The fenced garden invites children and dogs to play. A climbing frame and a sandbox are waiting for your use. A grill and sun loungers are also available. Fast internet (fiber) is available.

We always welcome singles, couples, families and travel groups. Our visitors appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of our house. Depending on your preferences, you can find silence and seclusion with a wellness area here, as well as lively entertainment or sporting activities. (NOTE: The wellness area can be booked separately and is not included in the overnight stay price)
