Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Komm an diesen unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur und genießen Sie morgens beim Aufwachen in ihrem gemütlichen Boxspringbett (1,40 × 2,00 m Bettwäsche inklusive ) das Vogelgezwitscher. Es stehen Ihnen kostenfrei Internet, Bettwäsche und unsere Duschräume sowie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch servieren wir Ihnen morgens ihr Frühstück auf Ihre kleine Terrasse. Auch Ihr Haustier ist natürlich ebenfalls kostenfrei bei uns herzlich willkommen.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
