Well located apartment on the 10th floor of the Wiking Tower with impressive panoramic views over the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. From the balcony, whose windows can be pushed to the side, you can see the city center and the cathedral, the city harbor, the Möweninsel [seagull island] and the Schlei. You also have a nice view from the living room. Ideally suited to explore Schleswig and the surrounding area from here. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Loft 1 - Simmerdeis on the canal

Located directly at the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs to work and eat make an indoor and outdoor stay possible. The loft itself is atypical for Friedrichstadt. In an old factory town in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and spacious interior design offer everything loft lovers want. Welcome to our little log cabin! The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

The Süderhof is located only a few meters behind the dike that separates the marsh landscape from the Wadden Sea. Here you can take long walks, enjoy the wide view over salt marshes and the sea and let the North Sea wind blow around your nose.
