Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft on the second floor with a roof terrace. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and spacious interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. An open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 plates, fridge and many extras that hobby chefs want. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

Here we found our perfect retreat at the North Sea and designed it in such a way that we can enjoy the nature, the tranquility and the expanse here without having to forego the comfortable joys of modern living... Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.

Apartment in a rural setting

Vacation in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt we are close to the North Sea. Parking is available right next to the entrance. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed + single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).

The nearby Treene river offers you a variety of leisure activities.

Drage is a very quiet and family-friendly 600 soul village and has a swimming spot right on the Eider for fresh cooling in summer. The North Sea and Baltic Sea are quickly accessible by car or via beautiful surrounding cycling routes. The apartment has seating in the garden, as well as a TV and numerous games for shooting weather days.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

We cordially invite you to our high-quality, ground-level apartment "Storchennest" in Friedrichstadt, the tranquil Dutch town between Eider and Treene. On approx. 65 square meters in the middle of the old town you will find pure peace and relaxation, but also a perfect starting point for exploring Germany's North Sea coast. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a nice garden.
