Der Badeort Sankt Peter Ording liegt ca. 40 km entfernt, ein Strandkorb kann dort unentgeltlich genutzt werden. Das Haus steht auf einem großen Grundstück und lädt mit dem Weitblick auf die grünen Wiesen zum Erholen ein.

Located directly at the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs to work and eat make an indoor and outdoor stay possible. The loft itself is atypical for Friedrichstadt. In an old factory town in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and spacious interior design offer everything loft lovers want. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and incl.

Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.

This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.
